Caiff cyfeiriadau e-bost, rhifau ffôn, codau post llawn, rhifau cerbydau a rhifau cyfrif neu gerdyn eu cuddio cyn cadw. Ar gyfer testun sensitif, cedwir y categori yn unig.

Testun gwreiddiol a chyfieithiad wedi’u glanhau, ieithoedd ffynhonnell a tharged, ID sesiwn dienw, cyfeiriwr cynnyrch, ac a gwblhawyd, copïwyd neu lawrlwythwyd y cyfieithiad.	Data crai: hyd at 400 diwrnod. Cyfansymiau dyddiol: 3 blynedd.

Ni chedwir cyfeiriad IP na llinyn asiant defnyddiwr. Yn y modd dim cofnod mae’r rhes gyfrif yn aros ond mae’r ddau faes testun yn wag.

Privacy

Email addresses, phone numbers, full postcodes, vehicle registrations and account or card numbers are masked before storage. Sensitive text is replaced by its category.

We keep the scrubbed source and translation, language pair, anonymous session ID, product referrer, and completion/copy/download events for up to 400 days. Daily totals are kept for 3 years. We do not store IP addresses or user-agent strings.

In no-log mode a count-only row remains, with both text fields empty. Questions: support@gwgl.cymru.
